Kiwi Sport - T3W9 2019

LI - To learn how to use water safety.


This week for kiwi sport we have been learning how to swim with our water safety teacher our water safety teacher was lyvie for her group we have been doing streamline kicking.
Well doing streamline kicking we had to remember to keep our leg straight and long in the the water well holding our breath at the same time.For our next session we were doing rotation and for rotation we have to keep our arms straight while flouting on our backs.Last of all we were doing diving for diving you need to remember to straight and long in the air and you have to put your arms in the back of you ears squeezing up against them and well doing that you just let yourself go into the water.
